Registered Locus commands can be reassigned through Unreal Editor’s Keyboard Shortcuts settings. Context-sensitive editor keys apply only while the relevant workspace or editor has focus.

A shortcut does nothing when its required context cannot safely perform the action. Physical key names remain those used by Unreal Editor and the operating system.
